Meadhbh Lyons Class of 2009 RIP

Meadhbh Lyons – Class of 2009:

Meadbh passed away on the 14th August 2025

Meadhbh attended Rockwell College from 2002 to 2009 and in her time at the College represented the College in the Senior Hockey team. Her brother Daragh and sisters Niamh and Aoife are also alumni, as is her father Morgan. Meadhbh studied Nutrition at Third Level and was employed at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin for a number of years, where she was held in high regard by her colleagues and her patients. A frequent attendee of Rockwell College Union events, Meadhbh was also a keen Munster supporter and enjoyed many family trips to support the province. She is remembered by her teachers as friendly, engaging, and radiating warmth. May she rest in peace.
